Human resources in PT. Polyfin Canggih comprise people who previously have gained experience and expertness in the field of textile manufacturing. They especially have obtained hands-on experience in the partnering textile industry, PT. Artostex.

It is made to continue to be part of human resource practice. New employees are to go through apprenticeship for several months in PT. Artostex, with the purpose that they eventually would internalize the importance and role of basic processes and raw materials important for producing high quality textile products.

In addition to the internal education, PT. Polyfin Canggih also sent its selected employees to pursue higher education abroad. Today, they are not only capable of dealing with technical challenges within the company. Now, they can even play the role as supporting engineers at other companies who use Polyfin's products, taking care of machines setup, training for operations, and maintenance.
