Therefore, since 1996 the company has applied Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and Health Safety Management System ISO 45001. Its implementation has been accredited by institutional certification Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited.

    Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (Class I)
    Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® is an independent testing and a worldwide certification system for environmentally friendly and socially responsible production facilities in the textile and clothing industry at all processing stages. To obtain OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, textiles need to be free from more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.

    REACH
    REACH is a European Community (EC) safety regulation that deals with the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment for risks that can be posed by chemicals, REACH requires that manufacturers and importers register all substances they produce in and/or import to the EU in quantities ≥ 1 ton per year with the Helsinki-based European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

    GRS – 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Polyester Yarns
    This is a track and trace certification program applied to companies that produce products including recycled material. Fibers and Textiles that are made by recycling POST consumer waste and that have traceability from raw material used to finished products shipped.

    he Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is a national policy as a company guideline for theimplementation of K3, namely Occupational Safety and Health, which is an activity to guarantee and protect workforce safety and health through efforts to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases. SMK3, is part of the overall company management system in the context of controlling risks related to work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace.

    PROPER
    The Company Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) is one of the policy instruments developed by the Ministry of Environment to encourage compliance and concern for companies in environmental management. The working mechanism of the PROPER instrument is by disseminating information on the level of company compliance with the community and stakeholders, so it is hoped that the community and stakeholders can respond to the environmental management performance of PROPER participating companies according to their capacity. Stakeholders are expected to give appreciation to companies that are performing well, and encourage companies that have not performed well to further improve their environmental management performance. In other words, PROPER is the Public Disclosure Program for Environmental Compliance.

    Balance is the key, it also with the same reason we realize that resource is never limitless, with that in mind, we foster the most optimal and efficient use of all materials involved in the production process and along the management line in general.

    Polyfin Canggih, it is applied by the promotion of 3R principal (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). Reduce mean minimal or most efficient use to anything that is involved in the production and management process. Reuse mean used material, which retain potentials for same usage would be use again.
